So I lost 3 lbs in October only to gain 4 lbs. Not the kind of results I wanted, but I know that I felt really burned out in mid-month, so once again I need to rethink this whole diet thing. Plus I'm feeling pretty achy, my right knee & both ankles are really complaining. Plus I managed to injure my left foot Friday. I was walking across a parking lot at night & stepped in a hole, still feeling it today. Anyway, here are the rest of my stats for Nov. 1st:

Weight: 147.5
BMI: 27
Body fat: 38%
Bust: 40" (how'd THAT happen?)
Waist: 32"
Hips: 39.75"
Thighs: 23"
Arms: 12" left; 12.5" right

My arms might be a little bigger than they used to be, since I've been lifting to build strength. I put on a blouse this morning that was just way too tight in the sleeve, it's one of those Boho blouses that has a puffy shoulder. Surprised about the waist line, it's about the same as last month. Tonight I plan to have about 4 oz of steak with veggies, and since the foot is hurting I'll probably stick to lifting & ab work. Anyway, hope everyone had a Happy Halloween, and hopefully not too much leftover candy, LOL!
147.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
