I'm starting over - again. I'm resetting the starting weight and goal. The first goal is 15 pounds. Hopefully by the end of the year which will be challenging.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

15 pounds in 2 months? That's way too much for such a short time ! Unless you want to get sagging skin hanging down all over your body.

Zapf- 15 pounds is reasonable in one month depending on someone's starting weight-let alone 2. ;)

Thanks Buenita, Brenda, Maine, A2Z, DP, CrystalJo, Sarah, Katsolo, Diana, Kenna, XryRN, DO N OK. I really appreciate the support and the confidence you have in my ability to stick to it this time. Zapf - I've started over many, many times. I usually lose 7-10 pounds the first month and it slows down from there. 15 pounds is my first goal, hopefully by the end of the year, but if not then, whenever it happens.

It's great to have goals. Mine is to lose a 100 pounds to get approved for weight loss surgery.
