Yesterday I ate barely under my calorie goal, exceeded my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 372 kcal deficit // BF↑0.2% and is back out of range // Sleep Goal met
152.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

John, I saw your comment about monument row on Fritzy's post. I was just reading an article about it last night. When Mitch Landrieu took down some statues in New Orleans, he spoke eloquently about why they needed to come down, but many opposed that action. How strange to live in a country where so many still openly revere the enemies of that country.

Having been born here in Richmond, VA it is still surprising to me as to what we considered normal. As a child growing up here we were taught that things were as they should and that these men of the "Lost Cause" were heroes and were worthy to be envied. Truth be told, these men fought for the right to own, breed, and sell people as if they were livestock. I agree with you Shirfleur it is very strange that some people living today still have that same mindset...
