Hmmm... badly constipated today, so I think my weigh-in is highly inaccurate. Oh well...

Today, a Turkish girl at work will treat us to lunch. I am curious what food will be there and what I can eat from it. I will try to stick to my main rule that if I can not calculate it, I will not eat it - of course without being too rude about it. :)

It is Friday, tonight I will be practicing with my band. Life is good! :)
261.9 lb Lost so far: 79.8 lb.    Still to go: 74.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hope you feel better. Its so hard to try and calculate things sometimes. I went out last night and didnt plan, next time will try and find out the calories for things before i go. Have a great weekend!
