Went to the gym yesterday and a two hour bike ride with friends at critical mass
133.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Erika! Yes it’s wonderful. I get off a little early on Friday so a good day for a short gym trip. The bike ride is later in the evening so I’m pooped by the end but it’s a wonderful thing I get to do the first Friday of every month.
