Well, still at 141 but that's okay. Haven't gone to the bathroom in 3 days (TMI?) so I'm going to pick up some prunes on my way back from the doctor. Getting another steroid shot whoo hoo! I can see more definition in my stomach, that said, the deflated radial is still hanging semi low. Hope the last 16 pounds says bye bye to it along with the daily abdominals. Yes, the standing crunches do work and it's a lot easier, I can do more whenever I feel the urge anywhere, for old folk like me it's a lot easier standing than laying down. I ate more yesterday and paid the price of getting sick to my stomach. I've been on a low caloric intake for so long that more is not better. Never give up even when you fall. This tree is a perfect example of persevering through the toughest of times.
