this weigh in was not at my usual time it was after dinner so the numbers may not be completely true but it felt like forever since i weighed in so couldnt resist the scales last night. We are having the whole of the downstairs in our house painted at the moment so you can imagine the state of kaos we're in. right now our living room is piled high with all the funiture and junk from the other rooms so am not looking forward to having to move all that back before we can paint in there! Although on the bright side think of the extra calories i'll burn and muscles i'll help build.
See every cloud has a silver lining (you just sometimes have to look REAL hard :0))

well i live in the Netherlands, and we have very many different clouds here, painters from all over the world travel here to paint our skies. But i see many many clouds without silver linings (*grin*) *** Behind the clouds there is however always sunshine, and after it rained there eventually will be sunshine.
