Katsolo's Journal, 20 September 2021

Everything up this morning, but it's okay. Water, muscle, blob, we got it all going on. Now, seriously, some heavy sodium yesterday, took a decent walk. Turns out my little girl has good days and bad days as far as keeping up and she's had two good days in a row. I've also been doing some massage on her legs to help with stiffness. Win win for both of us. I'm going to start taking supplements myself as I have my own issues that I tend to ignore but everything gets worse with each trip around the sun. Spent a good amount of time yesterday trying things on and putting them away. Last year's jeans still fit, all good there despite this morning's numbers. That said, lots of water on tap today (see what I did there?) and keeping closer to that 1200 intake goal for the next couple of weeks.

Medium walk last night, good clip, great shot of the moonrise followed by a whack job neighbor running out of their house telling me not to use their garbage can. I wasn't, but might later if they leave it out. Muwhahaha.

Muscle up, blob up, water up. I ate close to goal overall, so will continue on the current path bumps and all.

Proof that I am not a vampire, but I could be a werewolf. People are decorating for Halloween already, I'm excited. This is the real moon, not a prop.

Beautiful moon there! I'm so glad to hear your little girl has her good days too. Our larger dog, who was a lovable and cuddly mixed breed who looked like a Pit Bull or chubby Amstaff (and his mom was a pure english bull dog) - had some very stiff joints about half way through his 12 years. We got him on to Senior dog food and after a while the supplements we first tried were no longer needed. Glad you are finding what works and I hope she'll start to improve as you find the right pace or what she can handle on a regular basis. Our Max loved his walks so much so we were so happy he could enjoy them right up to the end. Hopefully your girl still has many years to go! Our little one lived to 16! xxx

I'm glad to hear that, Nikina. walks make her so happy, I'd hate to leave her behind. the quick little rubdown before we go out seems to help. hoping the supplements do their job as well.
