just curious how do you feel at 160lbs? I'm 6'0" and at my lowest of 182 I felt like crap.

@rickstewart1983, I feel very weak but I just lost 40 lbs in 3 months. I like that the blubber is gone and hopefully will regain some energy now that l can eat a little more. Everybody is different, I've always been pretty thin under the fat, exercise is not really my cup of tea.
