Jamie😭 you are so sweet, I feel like crying. Thank you, I’d like to think it is an honest weight loss by exercise. I’m not afraid to eat as I did a few months ago.

You can’t go back to when you wasn’t eating well, now you are moving forwards, eating a full and healthy range of foods, and with also working out, getting fitter, stronger and a healthier mind and body. 👍🏻💪🏻👏🏻

Paula, it’s exercise! Just like you show us daily. Eat & exercise. I literally feel lighter when I wake up. Will see what happens this coming week. I’m having a carb celebration week with kinder bueno, bolo do caco, and maybe ice cream.

Jamie, it’s interesting, the body seems to know what I need. Yesterday after the gym I craved fish like a lunatic. Protein I guess. So I ate a half can of sardines and I was satisfied. I really don’t think it’s necessary to be full. Do you agree? I mean, you don’t appear to eat a lot either.

I would of been completely satisfied leaving those sardines in the cupboard 🤣🤣 I do agree the body does seem to know what it wants and needs, I do eat a fair amount, as I eat every 3 hours , so breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a snack in between, so 3 snacks in all, plus with 3 litres of water a day if I’ve been running!

Jamie you eat every 3 hours?? My son did that when he was an infant👶🍼 He is also a runner too like yourself. Very lean but muscular, and strong like an ox! I love the way the runners map out strategies, it’s like reading a military novel.

Well all males stay infant eh? 🤣🤣 so, on a workday, muesli at 6am, fruits at 9am, lunch at 12, dried fruits and nuts at 3pm, dinner at 6pm then about 8pm banana and custard/Yogurt or rice Pudding, on a weekend gym day, I skip the 9am snack as I’m at the gym at that time! (And obviously, these times are not on the dot, but around those times)😂

Yes Jamie. One simply cannot mix sugar and rice and call it pudding. It’s not humane😱
