Today is a rest day. Yesterday I ate "Well" at 104% of my calorie goal, met my protein goal and all activity goals. 673 kcal deficit // BF↓0.4% and is back in range // missed Sleep Goal
152.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
