I'm not sure how, but I lost 2#s even though I've fallen off the wagon. I have been eating 2xs the carb recommended by Endo. A1c confirmed by PCP that I'm no longer pre-diabetic.

Fructose/Gluclose is a bit on the high end. Must be single handedly trying to eat 1/2 a watermelon in 5 days.

When I get the weight off, I can get off the BP med.
When I lost the weight I will no longer be insulin resistant : ) I hope to lose the hunger pangs, craving for sugar, anxiety.

That's my ultimate goal & reward.

213.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
