aggie95's Journal, 07 March 2014

Well, I've gained this week and I'm recording it. It's hard - don't want to admit that I'm back in the 170s and not the 160s! But I will continue on trying. Going to be hard as it's my mom's birthday tomorrow and then it's mine in 8 days. Lots of cake and plans for dining out! Oh well! Hopefully spring will come soon and then I can get out running more kms!!

I'm just glad that I'm healthier and stronger than I was 2 years ago when I started this weight gone journey!

We're having a lot of cake this week due to birthday's too, so I feel your pain. But, just keep at it and the loss will come. With spring hopefully we'll shed our winter weight. :)

Water fluctuations, no sweat! Dont let the psychological 70 vs 60 thing mess with you, it's sixteen ounces. Hopefully spring comes soon, any minute now would be great. We could all use some fresh air and sunshine. Enjoy the birthdays, take it all in stride one meal at a time. Your weight will be headed in the right direction before you know it. Have a great day Aggie :-)
