Doing a reset after my injury and path to recovery. Amazing how knocking out activity can impact weight. I got this! Happy Saturday!
233.4 lb Lost so far: 50.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I will shrewdness 🙂. If I backtrack I will chill a bit. But so far, so good. Today was awesome! What pain I had was gone in 10 minutes.
