Yesterday I ate "Well" at 110% of goal, met my protein goal but did not meet some activity goals. 2 kcal surplus // BF unchanged // Sleep Goal met
151.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
