I am feeling a bit sorry for myself today.
I think I might have did overdid the walking yesterday , ten miles, I have a blister on one of my big toes, yes I am a whimp.
Went down to town to buy my nephew his 2nd birthday present and decided to buy myself some sirloin steak and yes my cooking skills are not very good and it looks like I skimped on the veg?
218.9 lb Lost so far: 33.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week

A good excuse to buy new socks!! There are special blister plasters in the shops nowadays which work really well! Your cooking looks spot on! Only cook what you’re going to eat! (I hope you shared with your little cat!)

looks ok to me, though I'd probably cook less time as I like my 🐄 still moo'ing 😂😂 steak is always my go to comfort food. make a hot foot bath with some salts and it'll help you feel better. Keep those feet moisturised too ☺️

Oh mate think I might have to treat myself to stake this weekend now and 10 miles is a good walk and a great exercise.

What works for me on long hikes is to rub feet down with good old Vaseline before you put your socks on. If you have toes that tend to sit too close together put a small spacer in. You’re good to go.

Suma that you Funnyonion chips to much work to cook i am a lazy fat b ******* Tan I admit I did over grilled the steaks i am useless at timing things. Adpreso Friday was totally wasted i am a whimp not hard-core like you. Kenna thanks for your advice.
