Period. Horrible sleep day 3.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2356 kcal Fat: 95.73g | Prot: 111.19g | Carb: 262.04g.   Breakfast: Fage Total 2% Greek Yogurt (170g), Coffee, Philadelphia Regular Cream Cheese, Lender's Plain Bagels. Lunch: FlapJacked Mighty Muffin Chocolate PB, Pringles Original Potato Crisps, Jimmy John's #12 Beach Club (No Mayo). Dinner: Chocolate Coated or Frosted Doughnuts , Sargento Sweet Balanced Breaks Natural Cheddar Cheese, Milk Chocolate Chunks, Raspberry Flavored Dried Cranberries, & Graham Crackers, Great Value Movie Theater Butter Flavored Popcorn. Snacks/Other: Fairlife Chocolate 2% Reduced Fat Ultra Filtered Milk, Post Twinkies Cereal, Pringles cinnamon & sugar flavored potato crisps, Chocolate Coated or Frosted Doughnuts. more...

Peppermint tea and a hot bubble bath before bed helps me or warm milk and honey

mbuzz- that would require me to scrub the tub. I have never been one for baths. Long, hot showers- yes. But thanks for the ideas. Yes, tberry- doesn't last long at this stage in my life. I'm glad you got some rest, Mermee. Maybe if my fat ass went for a jog, I would sleep too but I lifted and felt exhausted... it's just anxiety. It will get better. We'll catch up soon, Melissa. Things didn't go as planned.
