Not bad hanging in there beside the fact that I been completely sedentary for 2 months now due to my foot injury so no work or excercise the recovery is going to take a long time😔😑. Althought this has made me very depressed and anxious I'm happy I haven't started emotional eating that's a plus.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 97.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

do you remember when meeperjeepers had to do chair exercises due to foot injury and she even found some form of cardio? the info is out there, you need to look for it.

I'm so sorry about your injury and that you're physically limited at the moment. That's tough. It's just great that you have your diet under control though and actually had a loss ;)

my guess is that you can find floor pilates and other stuff, too. all for free.

laughing, it's horrible and it's going to take a long time for me to adapt😔 @Katsolo 😉😊 thank hope your're right I can't put any weight on my foot and loose balance easily so even low impact like yoga I'm having a hard time with but I'll look into this one thank you☺

Yeah, maybe upper body workouts? Or pick up a new hobby where you keep your hands busy. I'm having alot of stress in my life right now too. Got some bad news that one of my dearest aunt's has cancer. One thing that helps me is to find moments that bring peace like sitting on my deck before it gets too hot with a nice cup of coffee or tea. Just watching the birds. Maybe taking a bath, or teaching yourself a new skill like paint by number. Anything that takes your mind off eating is great. In time your foot will heal and you'll be able to exercise again. It's just a season. No going backward!!!! Only forward!!!! 😊

Bearnoggin sorry about your aunt my mom had cancer in 2009 it was really tough to see what she went through and I've also lost some loved ones to it young and old hope she's like my mom and pulls through😊 thanks for the great suggestions I guess I'm going to have to go to my old ways which was cooking and art really relax me for some reason and listening to music sometimes. People keep inviting me to all these great places and having to say no is so hard literally going to just press foward and skip summer but that's ok the way I look at it is it's better to skip a season then to miss your whole life 😉

Hmbrown it's ok I've gotten alot of help which really helps😊 as for water excercise sounds like a bright idea I thought about it before for fibromyalgia but for some reason didn't come to mind this time until you mentioned it thank you I think that would be a good option as you don't put much pressure on your feet that way👌

Foot issues are the worst! Hopefully you can recover fully, with no long lasting effects.💜

Yes they are😑😒 but I have had them since I was a teenager reccurent ankle sprains I use to be a dancer and track runner had to quit that and then as a medical assistsnt sprained my ankle anyways again in 2018 and now I think it led to the venous malformation under my foot will probably have to go back to sitting for work I use to be a medical records manager so probably will go back to that🤷‍♀️ 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
