After my post yesterday I decided to try a little intuitive eating in combo with calorie counting and I ate less than usual. I also did some strength training but neglected to get my run in due to weather and other things to do. But I’ll get some runs in soon. Have a great day!
140.1 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
