Owww, I rolled my ankle yesterday running. Sigh! And at the time it was fine and I continued on running. Even had one of my best times. But 3 hours later, I was in pain and having a hard time to walk. Plan is make an appointment with chiro and to stay off of it today. We're going out for lunch for a co-worker's birthday.

169.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ick, I did the same thing a couple of weeks ago and my foot still hurts... maybe I'll have to make an appointment with a doctor as well. Have fun at lunch and have a wonderful weekend!
