OMG, here we go again, up a pound and I stuck to the plan and increased exercise. Daggone it. I'll just have to keep it up and not be down (even though I am). What a quest this is... And, yet again, that damn remark of "at this rate your gaining 7 lbs a week".. my $%#! That's so discouraging when it says that. I'd like to reach through the computer and strangle it.
