Didn't eat much during the day, but we met our friends for dinner last night at a great restaurant out in the sticks. I had 3 or 4 glasses of wine, which is 2 more than usual, and I was feeling it in the middle of the night -- a little nauseous and sweaty. Was very surprised to wake up to a 2-lb drop. Alcohol must be dehydrating.

Mr Coco and I both had the same entree and dessert: hickory smoked duck breast and bread pudding. Had to be a load of calories, but it was fabulous. I'll eat better today.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What could you want more after having a great time with friends, having wonderful wine and losing weight next morning! I don't care for bread pudding but I'd like to try smoked duck breast. I haven't tried that before. Have a happy & healthy weekend, Coco!

Two pound drop...yippee for you!!! You have reached a new "I-Deal" weight number!!! A celebration of drink, duck and bread pudding was a great way to celebrate your new you! THIS REALLY ISN'T A DIET IT IS A LIVE-IT and you are doing wonderful Coco!!!
