I started trying to jog again. Just a little bit at a time. I'll see how the knees hold up. I need to concentrate more on the muscles. I got lazy and now I'm feeling it. So it's time to start firming up again and not paying quite so much attention to the scale.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
