The experiment continues: 10-day average input = 360 kcal, for a gain of 0.3 lbs (average over the last 21 days = 330 kcal). Can one gain weight drinking green tea?
190.8 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's it. Had 14oz of celery and 2oz of turkey breast yesterday.

Sadly, I have no answers for you but this is just depressing...I feel for you...Hopefully someone can give you an explanation. Hang in there!

It's alright, I am not desperate. It would be nice to lose some weight, but that'd just be a side effect of learning how to eat a bit better.
