Slept in until almost 8:30 this morning, that happens never, so I must have needed it. I don't think I even stayed up that late last night, BF left around 10, I crashed soon after that. So, plenty in the reservoir for next week, right?

Swam in a pool all by myself yesterday, my zen is restored. I need to figure out how to get guests to leave by 5 on weekdays, otherwise, they're in my pool time and I do really need it. 842 strokes, 9.9METs, average heart rate 142. 19 min in cardio range, so moderate effort. I can't really mess with the current right now because niece is so tiny and I don't want to make it too strong because she does like kicking against it and I think that's great for her to experience. I had started another set a few minutes before this one, but the phone rang and I had to answer, so we just started all over. It happens. just looked, only 82 strokes in that. Not worth counting.

No walk last night, hung out and relaxed a bit with BF. I washed dogs earlier, so that should have counted as a workout in my opinion. The drama, oh, the horror of soap and water. Toller let me use the blow dryer on her, the shepherds are big wimps.

Waffle and egg whites for breakfast, enjoy this beautiful Sunday.

Such a beautiful pup! Damp but not doggy? Freshness and clean! I am glad you can enjoy your peaceful place even if the settings are a bit off!
