Sore this morning, upper body only, interesting. Shoulders and upper arms. Trying to remember if I lifted anything heavy or did anything besides swimming. Who knows. Feels kinda good in a weird way.

Medium walk last night. Worked late, had niece in the pool which shouldn't affect my schedule but does, it's fine. Puppy class tonight. Will try to spin or swim before. Might go with the ten minute classes again, that fit well into my day last week.

Super busy already. Going to be hard to keep up. Numbers are fine, blob is holding, I think, muscle up, probably why I'm sore. Happy day.

I would bet niece +pool = more/different activity, leading to soreness. Great job regardless!
