What I expected after going out last night. It was probably the wine and ir the clams not sure what was in the sauce it wasn't thick but was a good salty. Sitting at gym and headed in to get in an hour...that is what I am goung to try to make myself do.
238.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
