10 lbs down in two weeks ago. Averaging 315 kcal / day since I started measuring, 8 days ago. Goal is to get down to 175 lbs for 6'2" and stay in this area with something like 1800 kcal / day, which sounds like a feast at today's rate 😊 Feasible? Weekend at friends soon, how do you handle these? impossible to control intake.
