My appetite has been very large since I started going to the gym (running tends to tire me and make me sit still, but post-gym I want to eat). So right now a goal for me is just "eat 100 calories less per day this week". It will be a success if I can manage that.

Les- I could have and should have had three donuts. It would've been less calories. Oh well. Yes, Shirfleur... But I can't have any today because I ate them yesterday. 😆

But they are so cute!! They just sit there looking cute and edible! What are you gonna do? I usually get a nice cold glass of milk, and grab a bag of donut holes ,the cinnamon sugar ones, and just forget I know how to count!!🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️😂😂
