FINALLY the scale has budged a little bit - so annoying how easy it is to put the weight back on and so difficult to take it back off again. In fact, it gets slower & harder every time! Losing weight is nothing if you can't keep it off, a thing I haven't figured out yet. Oh well, keep pushing I guess. Anyway, I've started my summer internship with the YMCA, and have decided to work on ACE certification for Group Fitness Instructor. I figure part of the job description is that I actually LOOK like a fitness instructor, not necessarily a buff swimsuit model but not the pudgy thing I am now. Am I wrong?
146.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
