Wednesday, right? 5:56 weight. Managed to get in an okay swim before puppy class, the one upside of 6AM starts. I didn't even look at my stats until just now. 847 strokes, stopped and saved three different bees or maybe it was the same one, dunno, but it flew away twice, so no drownings. Ended up turning down the current a notch, not sure what's going on, but it was just too fast and I want to enjoy it, not hate it. Even with fits and starts, 847 strokes, 10.1 METs, average heart rate 148 with 18 minutes in peak. Did I forget how to swim or something? Just weird how one day can be good and another not so good. Life goes on. I'll start focusing on my stroke again, I was faster before, can do it again. did 13 minutes on the bike between calls. Add not standing up for a minute three different times during the day and it's probably a wash.

Went to puppy class, some stuff I won't dredge up here. I don't know how long we'll be able to continue using that space. not safe. worried about the person who gets there too early or stays too late. won't be me.

been out here for some 30 minutes and the neighborhood rooster is just now crowing. I should be in bed. oh well.

I missed actually logging my weight yesterday even though I copied the details in, that's fine, trending down from the weekend. Too early for an "on empty" read, will just keep logging until the weekend as I plan to try and hit this 6 AM start all this week and next. Will be useful when it gets hot as well.

No random thoughts at this point or maybe they all were random already. Need coffee on multiple levels. Press on, press on.
