Trying to get my beach body for our vacation to Florida. I only have a month. I need until 2026. 😂 I also have to pretend that's not a goal or I will self sabotage terribly so if everyone could not tell the other half of DP, that would be great. Keep it on the DL. 🤫 Really just want to be back to my lowest by then which I think is 176 but it's been so long I need to check.
183.8 lb Lost so far: 65.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

In the 80’s they used to have us use visualization. Take brief rest periods during the day. Close your eyes, breathe deep and slow, and when you are totally at rest picture in your mind what you want to look like on your vacation. It was believed what you accept in your mind becomes reality. But there was a lot of whoo-whoo stuff in the 70’s and 80’s!!😂😉

🧏🏻‍♀️ Primal Scream was also popular in the 70’s and 80’s. Throw yourself on the floor and crawl around crying like a baby 👶 thumb sucking allowed. Talk about whoo-whoo stuff. But it might help you with mind control. Lol 😝
