Morning. I gave myself the luxury of not waking to an alarm this morning. I never get much past 6 am anyway, my Doberman has an internal clock and starts pacing around my bed and staring at me around 5 every morning! Yesterday was a paid holiday but tomorrow ... Back to reality.

Thank goodness for thrift stores or I'd have nothing to wear at all! A little chilly to be a nudist this time of the year around here. But I'm here. And yesterday went okay. And I know I can take these pounds back off.

239.0 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

lol you are funny Carol but I can relate. I finally feel a bit better and I am going to start the hunt for some warm clothes for our Milwaukee trip on Saturday. It's only going to be 18 when we get there. Hope you have good luck finding something. Good to see you here!

I agree your a funny gal...my poodle used to get in my face and start huffing..cracked me up...as I knew she really needed to be let out...other wise she was all snuggly in between my DH and me...she loved being under the covers...Say warm girl...its to be brutal for next few days...:O)

Yes you can do this. It sucks that you have to redo it but you are in good company, we are all off and on the wagon, it's the only exercise I get, hopping on and falling off.

Your doberman and I share internal clocks, irrespective of time zones. I'm that 1am-2am person who looks really old at 8-9pm when I get tired. LOL. You can do this! We can do this!
