Ok I'll take that 🙂. 3 things I have to work on.
*Drink more water
*Eat more protein (I'm a vegetarian so I struggle sometimes)
*Schedule and stick to workouts...I have a very active job, but still need those targeted workouts for better overall toning and definition.

158.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job! Having goals is great. I would suggest making them more measurable so you know where you're at. For example, drinking 64 oz or 2 L of water every day.
