SPRING RECOMP 2021 - DAY 30
LIFT DAY

Fasted cardio yesterday morning. Lifted last night. Walked away from programmed front squats and presses due to continued elbow issues.

Squatted instead. 8 X 215#, up 10# and three reps over target. Finally back to two plates. I'll take it!

Elbows slightly aggravated this a.m. Half convinced it's the Squats, not bench press, that's creating the problem.

Road day nutrition was ass, but well under lift day calories. Visibly leaning out. Two pak, no flex. Still thick af around the belly button/love handle loop. Whatever. We know what's coming.

Sun's out AF!

I need to order me up some Ban d'Soleil! Few more days of grinding. Little touch of the San Tropez tan. Proper positioning under that perfect gym downlighting. Who knows, I might just pass for Tinder ready...
