SPRING RECOMP 2021 - DAY 36
LIFT DAY


On and off the road this week. Dealing with and eating like shit. Nonetheless have somehow managed to cut intake almost 500k/day thus far. That little bit of genius has earned me a scale bump of 1/2# per day the last two days. Tryna determine if I have induced Starvation Mode by excessively restricting calories, or if, cause muscle weighs more than fat, GaInZz.

What say you FS?

In another bright spot, received an exposure notice. Like a second year studying Lyme Disease, immediately developed full symptoms. Skipped lift day, launched Cheez-it detox, ordered up a pallet of Alibaba vents and a couple vials of darkweb hydrochloroquine; got tested. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. And Wrong. Health department tells me change nothing, cause vaxxed...

Had some kinda bulbous lump on my elbow, size of a couple golf balls, post Tuesday lift. Didn't notice until I got home. Prolly best to give that an extra rest day anyway. Down now. Still a little sore.

Happy enough in the mirror above the belly button and below the hip pointer. Barely visible two pak. Jeans all now tight in the thighs. Need to post up a 5 week checkpoint and recalc the path forward from here.

I’ve been craving cheez-its. 😳. as for you exposure, I am a contact tracer for our dept of health. We don’t require quarantine post second vaccination unless you start to develop symptoms. I respect you for getting tested! And, to be clear, that is 2 weeks after your second vaccination but not 3 months or more after vaccination. Now please pass me the cheez-its!

Cheez-its, the mainstay of toddlers everywhere, is your kryptonite? Who knew? the elbow thing is no joke, if you can teledoc, see what they say to do since it's been years for me. the bump is the fluid that's supposed to be in between the joints. don't pop it.

There is so much in your post I could comment on but will limit myself to just one. Regarding increase in weight gain. You are not starving and it likely isn't muscle gain. It is retention of XXXX in your intestinal tract. That is my opinion and personal experience not based on any medical or scientific facts.

@kat Alright, so you got me concerned enough to look it up. Bursitis apparently. Common to plumbers and those with kidney failure. Not just Cheezits. Souffles, almond and/or chocolate croissants, those Danish butter cookies in the tin at the cvs, Philly cheesesteak, crinkle fries, mozzarella sticks, pretty much any creamed soup or bisque, roux based sauce or dish, carbonara, and, obviously, chocolate animal crackers. And Chili's chocolate lava cake, preferably competitively consumed with a partner in crime...

I would never use that word when referring to food in the digestive process. I would call it poop ! Maybe there is another reason for the weight gain. I will do a google search and get back STAT if I find the answer. Have a good day !

PS I was being comical as you probably know... at least I think you do. :) The thing that drives me crazy is when people try to analyze small changes in weight. You egged me on to reply and I did ! Today I was up .4 ounces and not scratching my head figuring out the puzzle. I have better things to do with my time like making a batch of pimento cheese.
