Don't know if it was the Dulcolax, or the 4 day old sushi roll I had for dinner, but finally got some sludge to remove itself from my body. Have contacted PC Dr. for a GI referral, as last colonoscopy was 2015, and I don't care to wait until 2025 for the next one.

Picked up a bottle of the liquid magnesium citrate as recommended by so many of you, just in case this situation repeats itself.

Concerned about what tomorrows weigh-in will show, given all the crap I've been eating, trying to stimulate any movement. Still managed to keep my fiber numbers above 20, so no deficit there!

241.5 lb Lost so far: 55.5 lb.    Still to go: 76.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you use the mag citrate don’t leave the house! I’ve used it as a surgery prep and it’s quite aggressive. Consider adding magnesium daily to your diet. I really enjoy a product called Natural Calm. 2 teaspoonsful in water every night before bed helps a LOT!

Definitely do not leave the house and drink a lot of water.
