Retirement pastries during the week = 169 weight gain, Thurs, Friday, Saturday sticking to the diet result weight loss again 166.0 even...both scales.
Happy balanced has been achieved with my other half gallstone diet with limited red meat and low fat- sticking to diet for the most part has helped with stomach bloating on my part.
We are getting there .. Weight loss and better health... Moving along 🙂
