Only 11 days off plan in April. Finally looks like I'm over the months long plateau. So encouraging noticing the dents on the sides of my stomach. The journey is such a mind game and even though it wasn't a perfect month, I feel like I won the battle. I rate my April a C+ and I'm happy with it. Best vibes to all to smash May!
153.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
