I did not have many calories yesterday. I woke up late, so lunch became breakfast (or is it the other way around?) and I skipped a meal.
I went to the little local restaurant with Wife and Daughter and had a great little buffet meal. I always calculate my intake to the best of my abilities, and I ended up having only 1200 calories yesterday. Way too little, but at least it helped me lose a little weight today.
I am now at 124.7 kgs, a new low. I am now starting to look forward to being below 120 kgs - I have NO recollection of when that happened last. :)
I tried on my size 40 pants - I can now close them and zip them, but they are not yet comfortable. Give it a week or two and I think I am there. :)
I also tried the size 52's that I USED to wear. WOW. What a difference. I will post a picture with this journal entry. I gotta say I am amazed.

274.9 lb Lost so far: 66.8 lb.    Still to go: 87.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
