Been sick with the flu for the past week. Almost no exercise other than sleeping. :)

I did eat well when I ate, but also took NyQuil, ate some oranges and other citrus for Vitamin C blast.

Back on track today, no real carbs so far. The strips don't lie.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
