I forgot to weigh in before eating so I’m not sure of my weight. I lowered my calorie max yesterday to an amount that I think works better for me and kept well under it. Did yoga, strength training and elliptical. One thing that could improve is trading in those one or two beers I often drink for more fruits and vegetables. Gonna do a run soon, then house and yard work. Have a great day!
147.3 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
