Have been working out every morning since Monday and so far so good. Giving myself a 4 week challenge to lose 2 kilograms and get back to 70kg by Feb. Should be do-able. Found myself eating far less than the 6000kj I'm allowing myself daily yesterday. This time I want to keep my food diary throughout the week and not eat junk on weekends as I have done thus far. Only cheat will be the Spur Unreal Breakfast we have on Sunday mornings when we take the bike out for a ride.
158.3 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week
