Holiday eating got away from me. Did heaps of walking but consumption of booze and constant snacking obviously added up.

Going to focus on small breakfast and lunch for next 2 weeks and no snacking after dinner except a cup of tea.
160.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

It sure is; been having salad for lunch and kept my after dinner exploits under control ;)

always remember that your body has to burn the alcohol before it can return to burning fat.
