Katsolo's Journal, 14 April 2021

Rolling out of bed onto the scale weight, may weigh again later if I have a break, may not. Finally cooked the veggie lasagne from Costco. I'd rate it okay. Not horrible, not great, but something nice and warm on a colder night. Oh, that probably had more salt in it, too. I forget about those things. Going to be another insane day, we'll get through. Always do.

No real exercise last night, skipped puppy class, cold and windy, wasn't feeling it. Today will be better. Will jump on the bike for at least ten minutes at some point this morning. Will definitely need to walk dogs tonight. Is it Friday yet?

Blob up, muscle down, water is up, which it better be because I've been really trying to drink a ton of it even though it's cooler this week. Head down, back to work.

I'm not stressing about weight, I'm on my own meandering path with focus on getting back the strength and activity levels I had as a kid. I don't have a literal puppy, I have three big dogs, all of whom think they are lap dogs. the biggest is the most puppy like and my training friend says his disposition is just big and goofy (until he's working) at home.
