Yesterday I had just a plain old lazy day. I didn't feel like doing much, so I didn't. I ate under goal, slightly exceeded my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. 268kcal deficit // BF↑0.1% and is out of range
153.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
