Happy First Day of February Everybody!
Weight the same at 193.8 pounds. We are all safe and warm inside our home here in St. Louis. My daughter and son in law came home from work early yesterday. The ice storm has hit our area as it has many others in the United States. Right now, we only only have a little snow. We are expecting 20-24 inches before this thing is over. Just heard on the weather channel that Boeing, Monsanto, the Airforce Base, Creve Coure Mall, and many other places are closing. All schools and the courts have closed too. My daughter brought home work; I sure hope that she works from home today. Really glad that they gave her that option with these conditions.
Going to try to put a new food into my plan, some avocado.

Morning Cindy, I posted at the end of yesterday's journal but will resay it here - congrats on 92 lb gone - that is amazing. What an absoutely super, fantastic, freakin' awesome job you have done. Hope you are suitably proud of yourself. So close to 100 lb. Well, what can I say, I am almost speachless (yes, almost! lol)

Thanks Runesinger! I think this storm will go down in the history books for this area of the country. I think someone said yesterday that the kids now will be saying to their kids "When I was a kid the winters were so cold and the snow was so high. We had to walk in two feet of snow." ha, ha, ha! Only four Bren! Lol There were four girls and four boys in our his, hers, and their's family. My step mother would scream out the door for us to come home or whistle. And we had better come home right away too.

I am here in Dayton, Ohio, and we have ice. Everything is closed here too. My daughter and son work at the AFB, and it is closed. Daughter's fiance is able to work from home. My husband was scheduled off today, but they called him to come in since many others couldn't make it. But he told them he couldn't make it either.

Cindy, you reminded me that I have to eat the avocados sitting in the fruit basket in my kitchen before it gets over ripped:) I add on my salad. Stay warm and safe till this storm goes away!
