Proof indeed that bodies are confusing. Blob holding, pizza retention? Muscle mass number insanely up but I know that won't hold, which is fine. Wearing my regular jeans, so everything is under control, just weird. If it's holding in two days I'll be concerned. The irony is that I took some selfies yesterday with no makeup and a swim cap and was noticing my face was slimmer compared to the last set. Thank goodness I did that before I saw these numbers. Anyways, it will all be fine. Definitely walking tonight though. I also woke up in the middle of the night and had a hard time getting back to sleep. I don't usually wake up and if I do, I don't have a hard time sleeping. All slightly weird.

Swim yesterday, no walk, 821 strokes, average heart rate 120, 7.24 METs due to stopping twice for a full minute after the first set and two minutes as part of the second set. That is actually surprising to me. No idea it would cause that big of an impact, but I guess I could sit down and do the math. Probably not going to happen. Interesting.

lol, I know what I ate, but I don't feel like I worked my muscles hard enough to make that much of a change, although I'd be thrilled, TBH. that said, I did three hard swims in a row and I switched it up every day, so maybe that's why. it will be interesting to see what happens in the next couple of days. I'd find it more credible if I'd walked last night, but I was tired and it was hot so I went to bed.

Purely for entertainment. No snack, no dinner, but all the other food and some water. Also wearing more clothing than in the mornings. So when I say the smart scale is a tool for baselining, this is why. Pretty sure I did not lose 5# of fat and gain 5# of muscle sitting at a computer all day. In the meantime, I'm enjoying the gains!
