I’m doing well, but I completely blew it yesterday!
I pretty much had my calories intake and then my husband and I went out and had dinner.🙃
Was fun, yet I should’ve had a salad - I didn’t, so I’m going to give myself till Wednesday to weigh in again. I did walk though.😊
Inside me lives a skinny woman crying to get out and not helping her at all.😞
181.2 lb Lost so far: 39.7 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's alright, I split a pint of b&js with the husband last night for no reason. Just as a splurge because I was in a good mood before going back to behaving 🤷‍♀️

Someone just said it a day or two ago. Deprivation doesn’t work in the long run, at least not for most of us. A splurge meal or cheat day or accidental “something yummy that’s not in the plan” has to be allowed every once in a while. It’s when those splurges become the routine rather than the exception that we end up playing the yo-yo game on the scale. Good idea to wait a few days to weigh in. Also, you did get some exercise so maybe it won’t be so bad!

it's all good shrewdness. remember your a blessing to all of us that's what matters. and I also read you can shut the skinny girl you with cookies. my wife had a t-shirt like that. 😂😂

You did great. Time and dinner out with hubby is a great date! I'm thinking you don't go out and splurge every night. A great thing about a night out, puts you in a better frame of mind to work harder toward your goals the very next day. Very motivational!

Shrew No regrets ~ As long as you you enjoyed yourself that’s what matters. 😊🌻🌈👍 I did similar with my Wife this weekend, actually ate late Friday totally messed up our fasting for 2 days 🤣 we had fun though 😊 Tomorrow is a new day!
