up a tiny bit but I'm still eating too much. So this week I should be able to try harder and get back on track. I have up set Jim again it doesn't take much. He was trying to help me with my diet and I did the opposite. So he said he was doing it because he knows I comfort eat. But I did my own thing. So he said I was undermining him. 3 steps up the ladder now at the bottom again. 😑🙄🤔.
118.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your diet your rules! It's great to have someone try to help but you know what you need best, even if it's chocolate on one day! Disagreeing on something shouldn't make someone feel 'undermined', very strong reaction to take! Perhaps it's just general stress, I hope you don't get gas lit like that all the time ❤ not every day can be a perfect day, the fact you've been trying and taking little steps for so long is a great achievement!! Just because someone has lost more weight in a quicker time doesn't mean your weight loss is any less impressive! Every body is different. I hope you and Jim can patch up soon, maybe counseling might help? Not necessarily together, but sometimes it's great just to talk it all out with a stranger and get a different perspective. Not trying to put my foot in, just don't like seeing people sad! Xxx

Thanks Nothanksbud, you are also very kind. Yes u are right we are all very different. I have sorted since 11 years old and after the age of 20 my weight was 7 stone 6lbs then after my children I was 11.stone right down to 8 stone. Then years later I was 12 stone 6lbs I dieted, swam aerobic fitness and walked. Also palates and my weight went down to 8stone 2lbs that is were I like to be. Now I am 8 stone 9-10 lbs so I see a massive tummy and I must be 8 stone 2lbs to look and feel good I am only 5 foot tall. So you see to feel good and look good to me is 8 stone 2lbs. I am fighting a losing battle at the moment. Mel.
